ORDER PROCESS FLOW

Book Appointmnt by Clicking the FORM. Fill up all the details needed. (Complete Name, Contact Number, Email, Chassis No. and Indicate the parts or services needed.
Step 3
Wait for a confirmation. Once we received your booking. Genuine Auto Parts Hub Philippines will contact you by Email (Please Expect an email coming from ( genuineautopartshubphilippine@gmail.com) & Call Confirmation. GAPH Philippines will instruct you further internal process with regards on shipping.
Step 4
Once our team able to help regards to all your needs. Proforma Invoice will be issued through email or a personal hard copy and will proceed to preferred mode of payments. Once payments has been process by customer. Genuine Auto Parts Hub Philippines need a proof of payment screenshot or a hard copy.
Step 5
Once GAPH Philippines has received all necessary documents, the package will then be dispatched from our warehouse, with your provided mailing address
*Note: that all shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.
*Note: the customer shall be well informed with regards to the arrival of parts, however if parts is unclaimed within 15 days period, on its arrival date, additional storage fee will be applied to the customer for following days amounting to ₱300.00 per day charge.
